Founded in New England, we are a small health & wellness based brand focused on providing quality products and increasing availability and interest in the market around us. Not only is the company centered around authenticity, but community as well. We do not have any investors or hidden interests behind our brand other than my dream of making living a healthy lifestyle something both cool and achievable.
My Story
Living a life filled with worldly thrills and unhealthy habits can do large amounts of unseen and often times unfelt damage to someone, even at a young age. I lived the typical "American" lifestyle; processed junk diet, copious amounts of screen time and no regards to my health. In 2024, I started noticing a downward shift in my overall energy and physical health and decided it was time for a change. I began to seek out health info and figures and digested as much content as possible while pursuing life changes. I did my own research and surrounded myself with likeminded individuals and truly started to lock in. I started buying books, watching documentaries, and even got certified by NASM as a Nutrition Coach. I didn't want it to stop there; so I made Granite Gains a reality and took the leap and the gamble on myself that I could make my dream a reality. In the meantime I have been networking with larger health content creators and working on making an impact with my loved ones and my community as well to promote healthy living and nutrition.
